Breadcrumb rendering, currently handled by a view element, is becoming hard to maintain. Create BreadcrumbComponent, which is responsible for (based on hints from the Controller) assembling the breadcrumb data, then passes the set of crumbs to the view element which simply needs to walk the list and render them.
