To assist wayfinding (and AI) for Platform Admininstrators, provide titles on the platform-level (CO 1) configuration page, add an info box on regular CO configuration pages for platform admins that say something similar to "Looking for platform-level configuration?" with a link to the platform-level config, and add an info box to the platform CO (either on the front page or ubiquitously in the footer) that helps the platform administrator know they are clearly on the platform CO.
