We currently have three places where action menus are assembled prior to calling the menuAction.php element: once for the topLinks in add-edit-view.php , once each for the topLinks and rowLinks in index.php . It’s time for all three areas to be consolidated and simplified. If reasonably, consolidate all of this into the menuAction element.
