Restore attribute cards to External Id canvas

      After merge of commit 8008f1e140bffe, External Identity Sources are available from the External Identity canvas.

      1. Add the trivial fix to hide the links to view the External Identity Source Record when the External Identity Source is not present.
      2. Restore the attribute cards to the External Id canvas that are no longer populated since this merge.
