      It appears that some views (ExternalIdentitySources/retrieve.php and status.php; ProvisioningTargets/status.php) have copy/paste Flash message rendering. This appears to duplicate template/element/flash.php, and is probably a relic of some earlier code. Review and merge as appropriate.
