For Org Identities linked to an OIS, this will require some sort of preliminary EIS configuration (or transmogrification from the old OIS config, which might be harder) to populate the source_X_id foreign keys.

Any Org Identity attributes not associated with an OIS should be converted to Person attributes (with some documentation about maybe doing data cleanup before or after running).
