SqlProvisioner fields.inc Throws Error

      Configuring a SqlProvisioner (/registry-pe/sql-connector/sql-provisioners/edit/x) throws

      "Unknown named parameter $options"

      If I comment out the 'options' in availableplugins/SqlConnector/templates/SqlProvisioners/fields.inc the page renders, but no longer has a default value.
