use of PHP short tag causes syntax error with PHP 5.6.6 on CentOS 6 for provisioning targets view

      The file View/CoProvisioningTargets/fields.inc includes PHP tags

      instead of

      <?php

      and that is causing a syntax error for PHP 5.6.6 on CentOS 6.6, specifically on a system with
