Initial Spaces Break Jump To Letter

      If a last name has a lead space (eg: " Smith"), then jump to letter ("S") will not find the record. (Search by last name will.) It might make sense to fix jump to letter to do a search like "S|\sS". (Alternately, enable data normalization so this doesn't happen.)
