CO admin select view for CO Person group memberships shows incorrect memberships

      If a user who is a CO admin but NOT a CMP admin views

      /registry/co_groups/select/copersonid:<id>

      where the <id> is not the CoPerson Id for the CO admin, the display shows incorrect memberships. It appears to display the memberships for the CO admin instead of for the user to whom the <id> belongs.

      Modifying those memberships and clicking "Save" also appears to not affect the correct memberships.
