The top-level "Collaborations" menu is visible at registry/co_invites/reply/xxx, though it has no drop down items. It should not be visible at all.

Relatedly, the side menu (and black nav bar links) probably shouldn't be available during enrollment (especially for non-admins). ie: most views under /registry/co_petitions/ (except core views like view, index, etc).
