"My Identity" Menu Improvements

      1. Improve rendering of current identity, possibly with links to other registered identities. Render with the IdP's institutional logo, if available.
      2. If the current CO Person is not an admin, link to Enrollment Flows that the person can execute (eg: Link an ORCID) and don't render People > Enroll.
      3. Maybe move to the lefthand menu, leaving the Login/Logout button by itself in the black menu bar.
