Currently, Identifiers cannot be attached to Automatic CO Groups (such as CO:members:all). This is primarily because doing so would require Edit permission, but automatic groups are View only. Resolving this permissions issue should allow Identifiers on automatic groups.

Note that Identifier Assignment currently explicitly excludes automatic groups.
