Incorrect Rendering of Required Notation

      Certain enrollment flows are not correctly rendering Required field notation (asterisks, etc). See, eg /registry/co_enrollment_attributes/index/coef:22 on dev, which does not flag Affiliation as a required field even though it is configured as such.
