Add an attribute for cm_co_people that holds an image of a person, allowing a GUI selector to be created that shows the image so that users can more easily distinguish between people when adding them to COs or otherwise managing them.

A LIGO use case is choosing between josh.smith@LIGO.ORG and joshua.smith@LIGO.ORG
