Breadcrumbs should not be included in Enrollment Flow Introduction page

      The introduction page contains breadcrumbs. These have no meaning during Enrollment Flow. Also they confuse the user since s/he believes that is already member of the registry. Finally, breadcrumbs are hyperlinks to the frameworks, hyperlinks that have no meaning for an unregistered user
