When i try to expunge a CO Person i get a fatal error. This seems to be related with the PR-137

How to reproduce:

Enrol a CO Person
Expunge the CO Person

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
  - Download All
