Group membership mgtment page shows all names for each user

      When you have users that have more than one name defined (Official, alternate, author...) each name shows up in the "Edit Members of <CO> Group <Group Name>" page. If a user has three names, there are three rows for that user.

      Note it works fine - you can pick any one of the names and the user will be added to the group.
