With the develop branch at commit d3609629c07ffbc341917428303a6982bc9817e2 I configured a SAML EnvSource and a self-signup enrollment flow. For the enrollment flow I configured a Name attribute, CO Person, Official. The attribute is required. The environment variable for default value is ENV_OIS_NAME.

When the enrollee goes through the flow (after authenticating) and is presented the form, she cannot override the value from ENV_OIS_NAME placed into the form. It is grayed out.

The same is true for email/CO Person/ official, ENV_OIS_MAIL
