With Dictionary-based Attribute Enumerations, Normalization is now a problem (previously handled by AttributeEnumeration::beforeSave(), see git file history). We can't normalize on DictionaryEntry save (the analog to the old behavior) since not all Dictionaries will apply to normalized fields. We could skip normalization on save, if we had some way to figure out that (eg) CoPersonRole.title is attached to an Enumeration (but not the other fields).
