ApiSourceBackend::resultToOrgIdentity() sets primary_name to true on all names based into the OrgIdentity. Instead, the primary_name flag should be honored if provided in the inbound message, or otherwise assigned to the first name in the list. (If the inbound message has multiple primaries, only the first should be honored.)
