The "Your last login as" banner appears on the "home" page (/registry), however this page doesn't render for people who are only in a single CO.

Move the banner to the default dashboard page ("Please select an action from the menu"), and maybe add a dashboard widget to render on custom dashboards. (Or maybe even have a default dashboard that includes this widget, instead of the "Please select an action from the menu" page.)
