As the platform administrator clicking on  "Add/Restore Default Templates" to evaluate /registry/co_enrollment_flows/addDefaults/co:2 results in seeing the error Flash with text "er.db.save".

The primary error is that the functionality does not work. A secondary error is why is the text 'er.db.save' rendered in the Flash and not the text in lang.php (it should be 'Database save failed').

This is seen with the head of develop, which is 039357ba8f7a623d51e38b24f6f2c03bd0591c3b
