The CoLdapProvisionerTarget model needs to have $belongsTo updated to add the Cluster model since it includes cluster_id as a foreign key. Without this change the fix for CO-2146 causes any edits of a CoLdapProvisionerTarget instance to throw a stack trace if a Cluster instance is configured for the CO.
