Improve "Assign This Reference ID" Button for Unresolved Requests

      When displaying two candidates (/match/matchgrids/reconcile/X?rowid=Y) with the same Reference ID, there should be a visual indication that the candidates are the same (vs the current behavior, which renders two "Assign This Reference ID" buttons that do the same thing).
