In 5cee5b5, dashboard search doesn't seem to be picking up the default global search limit (500).

Searches return multiple alerts similar to: "Address search limit of reached, try narrowing your search"

If I open and resave CO Settings for a particular CO, this sets an explicit search limit for that particular CO and the alerts go away (for that particular CO only).
