ApiSource Should Accept Multiple Roles

    Description

      ApiSource should accept an updated JSON message format containing multiple roles. As an interim solution (until OrgIdentity hasMany PersonRole, CO-2215), ApiSource will create one OrgIdentity per inbound role.
