To emphasize that admins should not normally directly edit the Matchgrid, the Matchgrid Records index should render in a read-only ("locked") state, and the admin should be required to take an extra action (eg: "unlock the matchgrid") to be able to edit the entries.

Note this is entirely a frontend constraint.
