Ensure correct URL is produced with $forcePrimaryLink

      $forcePrimaryLink (used only in the Matchgrid Records columns.inc currently) is no longer producing the “?matchgrid_id=n” in the URL output for the Standard/index.php view. The matchgrid_id is required for the links to work.
