There should be some mechanism for sending notifications when a Job fails, or maybe when some portion of the Job fails. Or maybe always send notifications on Job completion. Initially this could just be a CO Setting ("Job Notifications": "Always", "On Record Error", "On Job Error") with more complicated logic later.
