The IdentifierEnroller Plugin has a setting Environment Variable For Default Value but does not do anything with it.

If this configuration is set, and the appropriate $FOO variable is not empty, then the default value for the identifier selection form should be populated with the value of $FOO. (This is basically the same behavior as Populating Default Values During Enrollment.)
