Ensure "System of Record Label" field is marked as required (if needed)

      The new "System of Record Label" is found on Enrollment Flow and Organizational Identity Source configurations. It is currently required only on Enrollment Flow configurations but is not marked as such in the form.

      1. Confirm that the field should be required (and on which form)
      2. Mark the field as required (as appropriate) using an asterisk.
