- Created petition via enrollment flow and entered "valid_from" date 2022-12-31 00:00:00 (used date picker).
- Database cm_co_person_roles shows valid_from 2022-12-31 06:00:00.0. Note 6 hours added for time zone diff between GMT-6 and UTC, I assume.
- On the CO_Petitons page, the date is displayed as Fri, Dec 30th 2022, 18:00. It looks like the -6 hour adjustment was applied twice, perhaps?
This could be really confusing to collabs working across multiple time zones.
