Deleting Matchgrid that has History Records throws foreign key violation

      An attempt to delete a suspended matchgrid that has existing history records throws the following exception:

      SQLSTATE[23503]: Foreign key violation: 7 ERROR: update or delete on table "matchgrids" violates foreign key constraint "matchgrid_history_records_matchgrid_id_fkey" on table "matchgrid_history_records"
      		 
      DETAIL: Key (id)=(16) is still referenced from table "matchgrid_history_records".
