We use EnvSource. On Jan 6th a user going through enrollment with no asserted name attribute got an Org Identity with the family name "Unknownname". Because we use the 'Identify' mode in the Pipeline, the enrollment flow uses the name from the 'input form' to generate the identifiers. i.e. "Unknownname" doesn't not get used in the identifier

After we updated to 4.1.0, another user is the same use case, had the identifier generated with "Unknownname". There has been no configuration change, so this must be an unexpected change in upgrade.
