Create a Vue.js, ajax-based password dashboard widget for authenticated users that allows a user to create or change a Password Authenticator password. The widget will be dependent on the Password Authenticator plugin and will need to select a password authenticator in the plugin config.

This widget will be aimed at authenticated users only. For unauthenticated users, the Recovery Widget may be used.

The widget will have two behaviors:

1. If a password for the configured authenticator doesn't exist, the widget will allow the user to create one.
2. If a password for the configured authenticator does exist, the widget will allow the user to change it.
