Petitioner completes enrollment form and fills out the Organization field.

IAM analysts receive a notification of the pending petition, add additional identifiers.  If you view the "Role Attributes" at this point, the Organization is still populated.

IAM analyst approves the petition.  Now, the Organization field is blank.
