incorrect path for overriding the default pending match notification message template

      The Match documentation says to use: $LOCAL/Template/Email/text/potential_match_id.ctp

      {{}}

      However, the default template (app/templates/email/text/potential_match.php) looks for templates in:

      $LOCAL/templates/Email/text/potential_match_id.ctp
