Since the introduction of the enrollment_flow_pa configuration, there are now two places to enter introduction information in an Enrollment Flow. This results in a confusing configuration page where two fields have the same title (albeit with different descriptions).

The Petition-specific Introduction field should be renamed, to something like "Introduction (Petition Attributes)" or "Petition Header" or something.
