When viewing a petition, Petition Attributes will display "The definition of this attribute changed after the creation of this petition" when the attribute order has changed.

Changing the order of any attribute will make the order field of all attributes change, which results in views such as this:

 

This seems undesirable, and detracts from showing other, more important changes to attributes.

If possible, see if this notification can be skipped for the order field.
