When a match rule is configured with Invalidate search type and a result is dropped to a Potential match, the Reconcile Unresolved Requests screen may not show all suggestions.  Specifically, when the Match reference ID for a potential match is linked to multiple records by the same Match reference ID, only one of those records will be shown as a suggestion.  Reloading the reconciliation screen will flip back and forth between the different suggestions that have the same Match reference ID.

Instead of only 1 of the records with the same Match reference ID being displayed as a suggestion, I would expect both (or all) records with the same Match reference ID to be displayed, grouped together under the same suggestion.

When other potential match rule search types are used, multiple records with the same Match reference ID are grouped together under a single suggestion on the reconciliation screen.

To replicate this:

1. Create 2 Match records from different SORs that are linked with the same Match Reference ID.
2. Create a Match rule that uses the Invalidate search type.  For example, the rule could do an exact match on SSN, and Invalidate on last name.
3. Create a new Match request for someone with the same SSN, but a different last name from the examples created in step 1.  With the Invalidate Match rule, this will result in a potential match requiring reconciliation.  The Match debug messages will show that 2 potential match candidates were found ("Matched 2 candidate(s) using rule ...")
4. View the potential match with Reconcile > Reconcile Unresolved Requests. You will see the "New Record" and "Suggestion 1", however under Suggestion 1, only 1 of the records with the same Match Reference ID will be displayed.  Reloading this URL may flip back and forth between the 2 suggestions under Suggestion 1.  Instead I would expect both matching records to be displayed together under Suggestion 1.
