A CO admin should be able to configure whether or not (toggle) authentication events from API users are logged with a row in the table cm_authentication_events.

Since there can be many API user authentication events per second for a busy deployment, the logging of the authentication events leads to the table having many, many rows and the information is not particularly useful.
