Created a CO Person Identifier extended type. I created a related Identifier Assignment, algo sequential, format '(#)', AlphaNumeric Only, with a Minimum value of 20000 (picture included). Performed an enrollment and the COperson got a value of 20001. Then I deleted the ID from the CO Person, then I changed the minimum value on the ID Assignment to 50000. I then ran 'autogenerate identifiers' for the CO Person, and the ID generated was 20002. I found that if I removed the assignment, then re-add, it works. So there is a work-arround, but it took a while to figure out.
