CoGroup associated with per-user UnixCluster group does not provision to LDAP after enrollment

      After an enrollment that is configured to establish a UnixCluster, the CO Group associated with the UnixCluster group for the user does not provision into the posixGroup objectClass.

      Note that after enrollment is complete a CO admin may browse to the CO Group and re-provision manually and then the CO Group provisions as expected:
