Duplicating a CO does not duplicate Enrollment Flow Wedges

      When configuring a Registry CO's enrollment flows with enrollment flow wedges, then duplicating the CO as a platform admin, the wedges are not duplicated along with the flows.

       

      I have replicated this with Registry v4.3.5 and v4.4.1, using PHP 8.3.17 under amd64 Linux (Debian 12 - Bookworm)
