"Valid From" field in sponsor manager view incorrect

      When viewing the sponsored roles for a user, any role which has a start date and an end date shows the end date in the "Valid From" column of the page.  I.e. the "Valid From" and "Valid Though" have the same value if "Valid From" is not blank.
