Selecting the default "My Population" link causes a non-completing (or very long running) database query that prevents the page from loading in a timely manner. Requesting the same view for a smaller CO on the same server works fine.

It's unclear exactly when this problem was introduced, v4.3.3 (April 2024) was the prior version on the node exhibiting this behavior, and it's not clear that version was properly tested.
