Make Directory Look Like Registry

      Specifically:

      • The black bar should behave similarly (TBD: how to customize on a per-CO basis? Maybe pull from Registry's configuration if Registry is also installed? This would require Directory to know which CO is attached to what set of LDAP servers.)
      • The search bar should move to where the Registry menu is. (When Directory gets menus, they'll likely be Admin only.)
      • The search button should get a magnifying glass-type icon
      • Search results page needs overhaul
