SSH Key Provisioning

      Add the ability to upload SSH Keys to Registry (possibly just as a self-service identifier? not quite...) and then provision them to LDAP, a filesystem (via scp? puppet?), GIT, etc.

      This could also potentially extend to X.509 certs, eg.
