Move "My Population" submenu above "Organizational Identities".
Add some text to /org_identities/index/co:# describing what Org Identities are and why you probably shouldn't be editing them. (Similar to LdapProvisioner configuration screen message /registry/ldap_provisioner/co_ldap_provisioner_targets/edit/#) (co_extended_types/index uses the same style (if no extended types are defined within the CO.)
